This place was a well-suited match for a weekend respite in Hakone with fantastic value for money. My wife loved having the option of reserving a private onsen bath. it made her whole stay much more enjoyable. Just be prepared for limited transportation options at night to avoid any hassle.

The room, however, felt a bit cramped compared to others I've experienced. Having at least one English news channel would have improved the TV options, as all channels were in Japanese. I noticed the towels seemed worn out, detracting slightly from the overall comfort. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beauty of the surroundings and the quality of the food made it a memorable stay.
